Scorpio Heading to Washington for Repairs
 

After much deliberation, it has finally been decided to ship Scorpio to Washington for replating work at the Jim
Betts Enterprises facility in Anacortes (90 miles north of Seattle).  The rig, rudder and keel have been removed
and the boat left KKMI on February 9th.  If the replating goes according to plan, the boat should be back on
the water in April.      

Scorpio should be ready to race in the StFYC Stone Cup and the SFYC/MPYC Spinnaker Cup in May.
